Exchange & Refund Policy
We at ICY.Hybrid want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns:
a. Returns are allowed as long as the courier is still at your door. If you notice any issues or are dissatisfied with your order upon delivery, please inform the courier and initiate the return process immediately.

a. Exchanges for a different product are only allowed if the desired item is still in stock.
b. The item for exchange must be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused.
c. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, you may opt for a return or choose an alternative item.
d. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the product exchange.
Initiation of Returns and Exchanges:
a. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us via direct message (DM) on the platform through which you made your purchase.
b. Provide us with your order details, including the order number and a description of the reason for the return or exchange.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.
